I will never go back there and would definitely NOT recommend this business for any reason. What a horrible attitude of management and disregard for the safety of its patrons. They have strict face mask rules and we ALL had on face masks while at the table and STILL got a cough. Due to the recent pandemic and fear of catching something we were horrified that the MGM took no responsibility for keeping us safe while in their place of business. We were told that the casino was 'sorry' but they offered nothing more than for each of us to fill out a complaint report. They said they caught him and escorted him out. There was a man that was walking by our table and sprayed something into the air behind us. He called the security people and they watched the video of our table. The pit boss came over and we made a complaint that something was wrong. Two people at the next table over began coughing. We all had a ticklish cough with a burning throat.
As we were playing everyone (6 people) started to cough.
The ante was $15 per hand (high in my opinion for a Monday morning). We were playing a table game called 'Casino War'. I travelled from Missouri to visit my nephew in Richmond and as a fun day out we went to the MGM casino. It was one of the first outings we had taken since January 2020 due to the pandemic. I enjoy going to MGM National Harbor and while the casino provides good gaming, food and entertainment venues, there are some concerns that MGM leadership needs to address. My family went to the MGM in Maryland for a day trip. MGM National Harbor, Oxon Hill: See 790 reviews, articles, and 432 photos of MGM National Harbor, ranked No.2 on Tripadvisor among 13 attractions in Oxon Hill.
